Scott and Frank's final word
David Boston
Boston, who led Ohio State to a Sugar Bowl victory in January, may help set the Cardinals on the Super Bowl path.
After spending night and day here at TSN headquarters for the past two months, our NFL Draft specialists, Scott and Frank Haynes, have a final few words for your reading pleasure. From the big winners to the apparently confused losers to the we'll-have-to-wait-and-sees, Scott and Frank break down the draft team by team. According to the Haynes brothers, the Arizona Cardinals had the most successful draft, acquiring a big-play receiver, David Boston, in the first round to compliment their young quarterback Jake Plummer. The Cards second first-round selection, L.J. Shelton, will fill the void left by Lomas Brown on the offensive line, while Johnny Rutledge and Tom Burke shall compete for starting positions on the defensive side of the ball. The New York Giants, on the other hand, win the draft's super-stinker award for making obsurd selections, which left the Haynes brothers completely dumbfounded. In grading the Giants' draft, Scott and Frank whipped out the rarely used "'G,' as an 'F' would be too kind." For more on the report cards, check out the team links below.
