Nashville, TN (Sports Network) - The Tennessee Titans signed linebacker Xavier Adibi on Wednesday.

Adibi comes in to replace linebacker Zac Diles, who was placed on injured reserve. While playing for the Houston Texans between 2008-10, Adibi totaled 41 tackles in 38 games.

He spent time with Minnesota Vikings in 2011, appearing in four games.

In addition, the Titans signed center Tyler Horn to the practice squad and released wide receiver Vidal Hazelton.
