Redskins LB Orakpo done for year with torn pec
Brian Orakpo
Brian Orakpo underwent an MRI earlier in the day which confirmed the damage.
Ashburn, VA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Washington Redskins announced on Monday that linebacker Brian Orakpo will be lost for the remainder of the season with a torn pectoral muscle.

"He's gonna have surgery and he is out for the season. It's a blow. He's been playing very good against the run and disruptive in the passing game." said Washington head coach Jay Gruden.

Orakpo left Sunday's 19-17 win over the Tennessee Titans in the fourth quarter and did not return with a right pectoral injury. He underwent an MRI earlier in the day which confirmed the extent of the damage.  Full Story

That's a far cry from the first-, third- and seventh-round picks the Seahawks sent to Minnesota to "pry" the immensely talented Harvin from the Vikings back in March of 2013.  Full Story
