last year, the top-seed will play the lowest seed. Last year, the top-32
players were automatically seeded then their opponents were determined by a
blind draw. This year, they`ll use the world rankings and go in order of 1
vs. 64 and 2 vs. 63. Suzann Pettersen defeated Cristie Kerr last year, 1-up,
in the final match. Pettersen won four of her six matches by a 1-up margin.
Kerr rolled through her first four matches, with none being closer than 3 &
2. She beat Angela Stanford, 1-up, in the semifinals before losing to
Pettersen in the final match.
