Final Score: Yale 70, Dartmouth 61

Hanover, NH (Sports Network) - Greg Mangano tallied 16 points and 15 rebounds as the Yale Bulldogs held off the Dartmouth Big Green 70-61 in an Ivy League showdown at Leede Arena.

Austin Morgan scored 17 points for Yale (17-6, 7-2 Ivy League) while Reggie Willhite added 13 points and Jeremiah Kreisberg chipped in 11 points. The win for the Bulldogs is their fifth in a row.

For Dartmouth (4-21, 0-9), Gabas Maldunas scored a career-high 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Jvonte Brooks netted 14 points for Big Green, who have lost eight in a row.

Even though Dartmouth outshot Yale from the floor in the first half 44.4 percent to 38.5 percent, the Bulldogs took a 30-24 lead into halftime by going 8-of-9 from the foul line. The Big Green went 0-of-2 from the stripe in the half.

Yale kept pace in the second half, leading by as many as 15.

The Bulldogs connected on 30-of-33 free-throws in the game while Big Green went just 15-of-22.
