NOTES:
The PGA Tour travels to Georgia this week for the inaugural McGladrey Classic at the Seaside Course at Sea Island Golf Club. Six of the top-50 players in the world are competing this week - Matt Kuchar (11), Zach Johnson (20), Robert Allenby (21), Lucas Glover (38), Henrik Stenson (42) and Bo Van Pelt (45). Kuchar and Johnson were members of the United States Ryder Cup team last week. Kuchar leads the PGA Tour money list with $4,881,227 in earnings. This is the second event of the Fall Series. Bill Haas won the Viking Classic last week.

Sea Island resident Davis Love III is in the field and will be the tournament host this week. Love served as an assistant captain to Corey Pavin on the United States Ryder Cup team last week. Love has won 20 PGA Tour titles, including the 1997 PGA Championship. He has played on six Ryder Cup teams.

The Seaside Course is ranked as one of the top-100 courses in the United States by Golf Digest. It is situated on the southern tip of St. Simons Island and is a true oceanside course. Seaside was originally built as a nine-hole course by Colt and Alison in 1929. Joe Lee designed the Marshside nine in 1973. Tom Fazio transformed the two nines into the current Seaside Course in 1999. The tournament sponsor this week, McGladrey, is one of the country's leading accounting, tax and business consulting firms.

Next week, the PGA Tour continues the Fall Series with the Frys.com Open in California, where Troy Matteson captured the 2009 title.
