A prolific college scorer who posted 28.1 ppg as a junior and 27.8 ppg as a senior to go along with 9.7 rpg...A terrific passer as well, Williams racked up 4.4 assists as a junior...Shot well over 50 percent from the field as a junior and a senior...Played on a VMI team that played at a furious pace...Faced subpar competition on most nights...At only 185 pounds, Williams needs to add some quality bulk to his frame...A lefty who scored from all areas at VMI...Does not elevate on jump shots, much like former NBA standout Sam Perkins...Does not possess the type of speed and athleticism desired for an NBA shooting guard...May be better suited to play small forward because of his skill set but lacks the bulk to do so.
