Insight: He was one out away from going three scoreless, but Jordy Mercer took him deep for a two-run shot in the third. Hamels will likely open the season up in Philadelphia, but will be a trade target up until the deadline, or until he is dealt.

Insight: None have been accepted at this point, which means the bidding war starts now. Hamels was 9-9 last season, starting 30 games with a 2.46 ERA, 1.148 WHIP and 196 Ks. He's likely to end up on a playoff contender and his fantasy value should skyrocket with a better chance to win games and playing in a more pitcher-friendly ballpark.

Insight: Hamels has posted another great ERA this year (2.51), but it has not exactly resulted in a lot of victories. He is 8-7 with 178 strikeouts in 182 and 2/3 innings this season. He has not allowed more than three runs since May 26.
