GAME NOTES: After having finally snapped their 14-game losing streak on Monday, the UNC Wilmington Seahawks get right back to work tonight when they host the Northeastern Huskies in Colonial Athletic Association play.

This will be the second meeting this season between the schools. On Jan. 8, Northeastern came away with a 79-68 overtime triumph. Scott Eatherton scored a game-high 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to pace the Huskies, while Chris Dixon scored 15 points on 5-of-15 shooting to lead the Seahawks.

Dylan Sherwood and Dixon both tallied 14 points Monday for UNC Wilmington, which picked up its first victory since Dec. 3 against Campbell. Also scoring in double figures for the Seahawks was Freddie Jackson, who put up 11 points and pulled down six rebounds as the team finally broke through in conference play.

The Seahawks, who conclude three games in five days here, are led offensively by Cedrick Williams (13.0 ppg, 6.9 rpg), while Addison Spruill (10.0 ppg) is the only other player from the team averaging double figures. Williams (.504) is fifth in the CAA in field-goal percentage. The Seahawks average just 63.3 ppg, which is next-to-last, in front of only James Madison in the conference. With a .409 shooting percentage, the Seahawks rank last in the CAA. That includes a paltry 25.9 percent from 3-point range.

The Huskies have dropped three of their last four games, including an 82-70 home setback to William & Mary on Saturday. The Huskies were paced by Demetrius Pollard with 13 points on just 3-of-12 shooting beyond the arc, followed by TJ Williams with 12 points, Eatherton 11 and Chris Avenant 10 points.

Eatherton (16.1 ppg, 10.0 rpg) has scored in double figures in 10 of the last 11 games. The redshirt junior forward is second in the CAA in rebounding and leads the nation in double-doubles with 15. He's also shooting 55.7 percent from the field, which is third-best in the conference. Walker (11.4 ppg) adds to a team that is averaging 66.0 ppg. Northeastern's downfall has been free- throw shooting (.636), which is last in the CAA. They're also allowing teams to make 37.2 percent from beyond the arc, which ranks next-to-last in the conference.

Northeastern has won eight of its last 11 games following a CAA loss. They have also captured seven of the last nine in the series, but the Seahawks, with a good performance from Williams, can finally win back-to-back contests for the first time since Dec. 1-3.

Sports Network Predicted Outcome: UNC Wilmington 68, Northeastern 64
