2008: Selected by New Jersey Nets in 1st round (10th overall) of the NBA Draft...2009: NBA All-Rookie First Team...2012: Re-signed with Brooklyn to a four-year deal worth $61 million, July 11th...2013: NBA All-Star.

Third-Team All-American and First team All-Pac 10 selection...Twin brother Robin also played for Stanford...Lopez was one of the top big men in the entire nation last season, averaging just over 19 ppg...The sophomore has an array of moves at the offensive end of the floor and can score in a variety of ways...He is very athletic and is also very strong, which bodes well for him at the next level...Has a not mid-range shot and could turn into a formidable scoring threat...Fights hard for rebounds and plays hard throughout each and every contest...The biggest concern for Lopez is his lack of speed...He struggles to move up the court in transition and does not possess much agility.
