Harrison, NJ (Sports Network) - After entering the week on a four-game losing streak, Red Bull New York earned its second win in three days on Saturday night at Red Bull Arena.

The latest New York win was over Chivas USA, 1-0, thanks to Seth Stammler's second goal of the season. It followed a 2-1 win over Houston on Wednesday night.

The Red Bulls now enter the World Cup break at 7-5-0 thanks to the back-to- back wins at their home arena this week.

Chivas USA (3-8-1), on the other hand, extended their losing streak to five games.

Stammler's goal came in the 27th minute when he took control in the offensive third and quickly fired a left-footed laser from distance past a diving Dan Kennedy.

Both teams are now off until June 26, when New York travels to Kansas City, and Chivas USA hosts FC Dallas.
