Houston, TX (Sports Network) - The Houston Dynamo closed out their 2010 Major League Soccer season with a 2-1 home win vs. Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday.

The Dynamo (9-15-6) conclude the season second-from-the-bottom in the Western table, but were able to finish on a high note after recording its second straight win.

Seattle (14-10-6), which had its five-game winning streak snapped, sits smack in the middle of the Western table, and now must wait for other results to see who it will play in the first round of the MLS Cup playoffs next week.

Seattle's James Riley started the scoring in the 12th minute when he blasted a loose ball into the upper 90 from about 20 yards out. It was his first goal of the season.

The Dynamo pulled the goal back in the 27th minute when Geoff Cameron ran onto a ball flicked to him by Dominic Oduro in the offensive third, sped past two defenders, and placed a perfect shot low, just inside the far post with his left foot for his third goal of the year.

The Dynamo went up 2-1 less than a minute after the break when Cam Weaver headed home a Mike Chabala service from the left side.
