Final Score: Chivas USA 2, Toronto 0

Carson, CA (Sports Network) - Chivas USA midfielder Sacha Kljestan scored two goals - his first two goals of the season - to lead his team to a 2-0 victory over Toronto FC at The Home Depot Center on Saturday night.

Kljestan, who hadn't scored a Major League Soccer goal in over a year, got the game's first goal just after the half-hour mark off a corner kick. The ball was skipped to the left side of the area where Jesse Marsch chased it down and sent it back into the center of the area to Maykel Galindo. Galindo then headed the ball down to Kljestan's feet and the U.S. international slotted it home for his first goal since June of last year.

Kljestan doubled up the home side's advantage in the 51st minute when newly signed Maicon Santos drove toward the Toronto penalty area before threading a through-ball into the box. Kljestan ran onto the pass and tucked a shot into the far post side netting to make it 2-0.

The win was the second straight for Chivas USA (10-7-3), which plays at Real Salt Lake on Wednesday. Toronto (8-8-6) plays at Seattle next Saturday in its next MLS match.
