Houston, TX (Sports Network) - The New England Revolution earned a hard-fought 1-0 victory at the Major League Soccer leaders Houston Dynamo on Saturday night thanks to a Kheli Dube goal.

With the important win, New England (6-5-5) begins its climb up the Eastern table after having a number of games in hand on the rest of the conference.

With the game knotted at zero with about 15 minutes to play, Revs' defender Kevin Alston sprung Steve Ralston with a pass into the Houston penalty area. With Houston goalkeeper Pat Onstad charging, Ralston played a perfect touch pass to Dube in the six-yard box, and he easily tapped in for his third goal of the season.

New England will try to continue make up ground when it hosts Toronto FC next Saturday, while Houston (10-5-5) hosts D.C. united the same day in its next MLS match.
