Real Salt Lake, which got its other goal from Yura Movsisyan, was 0-5-1 in its

L.A., which was without leading scorer Landon Donovan again, had its best shots
to score in a five-second span in the 15th minute.
Dema Kovalenko tested Rimando with a shot from 18 yards and Eddie Lewis had a
chance off the rebound but couldn't get enough on the ball on the edge of the

Borchers put the game away early in the second half, latching onto a loose ball
on the left side of the six-yard box to fire off Ricketts and inside the right
L.A. had no chance to rally after captain Eddie Lewis was ejected in the 65th,
and RSL (4-6-3) cruised to the final whistle for its first win since April 25.
L.A. (2-2-9), which last lost April 4, lost for just the second time this year.
