Final Score: Columbus 1, Seattle 1

Seattle, WA (Sports Network) - The Columbus Crew finished off a busy week with a 1-1 draw at Seattle Sounders FC on Saturday night.

The draw comes after the Crew (2-2-7) earned a mid-week victory at home vs. San Jose, 2-1, and stretches the team's unbeaten run to seven games.

Seattle is on a six-game unbeaten run of its own, although the last five have all been draws.

The Crew got the game's first goal when striker Alejandro Moreno converted a Pat Noonan feed for his second goal of the season in the 12th minute.

But the Sounders were able to battle back and get the equalizer in the 58th minute when Nate Jaqua got on the end of a Freddie Ljungberg cross and one- timed a volley into the far-post side netting for his third goal of the season.

The Crew will aim to continue their streak at Kansas City next Saturday in their next match, while Seattle (4-2-5) plays at Western Conference leading Chivas USA later the same night in its next MLS match.
