Final Score: Toronto FC 3, New England 1

Toronto, ON (Sports Network) - Amado Guevara had two goals, Dwayne De Rosario chipped in one and Danny Dichio had a pair of assists as Toronto FC overcame an early goal by the New England Revolution for a 3-1 win Saturday at BMO Field.

New England, which is winless in six straight, took the lead in the 13th minute but Guevara answered less than a minute later and De Rosario and Guevara added goals in a three-minute stretch of the second half.

Toronto (4-3-4) bounced back from its second home loss, 2-0 to the Chicago Fire last week - which is also its only loss in its last six MLS matches.

New England (2-3-4) got off to a great start when Joseph, who was switched from his usual spot at defensive midfield to striker earlier this season, scored his third goal of the season.

Jay Heaps and Chris Tierny set up the goal for their first assists of the year, and Joseph headed a one-hopper past a diving TFC goalie Stefan Frei into the right side.

Toronto wasted no time erasing the deficit, with Dichio dropping a short pass off to Guevara outside the penalty box. Guevara unleashed a first-time shot and it sailed over Revs goalie Matt Reis and under the crossbar.

Dichio got his second assist in the 68th, forcing a turnover in the midfield circle before lofting a chip-pass to a streaking De Rosario. The Canadian star was in all alone on Reis and fired a shot that took a slight deflection off the goalie before rolling into the net.

Guevara sealed the win two minutes later off a free kick. Guevara took the free kick from the left and tried to pick out Dichio in the area. Dichio jumped to try and head the ball but it sailed just over his head and went untouched into the right side of the net.

Reis, who missed New England's last game with a concussion, finished with seven saves. Frei made three saves for his fourth win of the season.
