Insight: Tom Brady owners should be hoping for a speedy recovery for Mankins as he has been the cornerstone of the New England offensive line for the better part of the last decade.

Description: New England left guard Logan Mankins has been activated from the physically unable to perform list. Mankins had been out for several months with a partially torn ACL.
Insight: Mankins is a dominant blocker when healthy, as evidenced by his four Pro Bowl appearances since 2007. Expect him to make life a bit easier for quarterback Tom Brady in 2012.
