Giants' Wilson out for Week 6

East Rutherford, NJ ( - New York Giants running back David Wilson has been ruled out of Thursday night's game against the Chicago Bears due to a neck injury he suffered in Week 5's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Wilson apparently got hurt while being taken down for a 3-yard loss near his own end zone by Eagles defensive lineman Cedric Thornton on the final play of the opening period. He did not return.

Prior to the injury, Wilson delivered a 5-yard touchdown run on New York's initial drive and recorded 16 yards on six carries.

New York lost 36-21 to fall to 0-5 for the season.
