Insight: Westbrook never held much value for fantasy owners over his 13 major league seasons (105-103, 4.32 ERA). He was selected by the Colorado Rockies in the first round of the 1996 draft, but never played for them. Westbrook spent most of his time with Cleveland and St. Louis.
