=== Korver, Hawks light up Kings ===

Atlanta, GA (SportsNetwork.com) - Kyle Korver extended his historic run to 95
straight games with at least one 3-pointer made, hitting 8-of-10 from beyond
the arc en route to 28 points to lead the Atlanta Hawks in a 124-107 victory
over the Sacramento Kings at Philips Arena.

Korver set a season high in points and tied his career high in 3s made.

Al Horford scored 25 and had 10 rebounds and Jeff Teague had 18 points, a
career high-tying 15 assists and eight rebounds for the Hawks, who have won
five of their last seven games. Paul Millsap added 14 points and eight
 rebounds.

"I just really wanted to get two rebounds," said Teague with a smile. "I
wasn't thinking about a triple-double but I really wanted the two boards. We
were talking about it before the game and someone said I should get eight or
12 rebounds, I didn't know until someone told me at the end of the game that I
 was that close."

DeMarcus Cousins scored 28 points and had seven rebounds, Rudy Gay poured in
22, and Isaiah Thomas had 20 points and 10 assists for Sacramento, which has
lost four of its last five.

The third quarter had 14 lead changes and seven ties. Neither team gained an
advantage of more than five points.

Cousins made a jumper and completed a three-point play with 7:33 left in the
third to start a 5-0 run to give the Kings the largest lead of the quarter.
Atlanta answered immediately with a 6-0 run capped off with a Korver 3-pointer
 to make the score 75-74.

Later, Sacramento scored the final four points to take a two-point lead,
 87-85, into the fourth.

A Mike Scott trey 1:54 into the fourth gave the Hawks a two-point lead, 93-91.
After Atlanta regained the lead it did not look back. The Hawks ended the game
on a 17-7 surge and cruised to the finish.

"I don't even know where to begin," said Kings head coach Michael Malone. "I
guess I'm not doing a good enough job of giving them a gameplan that they can
execute, and I'm not doing a good enough job of explaining who are the players
that can make shots. So I have to do a better job of communicating with my
team, so they know full well who we're playing, who their shooters are and
what the coverages are so we don't give up 39 points in the fourth quarter."

Horford began an 11-2 run with a reverse layup two minutes into the game. The
surge made it 15-6 and the Hawks had a 28-26 lead going into the second
 quarter.

Atlanta led by as many as seven in the second quarter, 47-40, after a Teague
layup with 4:34 left but the Kings ended the half with a 54-53 lead.
