Titleholders in Naples, Fla. World No. 1 Inbee Park has already secured the 2013 Rolex Player of the Year award. She is the first South Korean to win the award. Park has won six titles this season, including three major championships.

American Stacy Lewis currently leads the race for the Vare Trophy, which is given for lowest scoring average. Lewis has an average of 69.483, while Suzann Pettersen is second with 69.587. Lewis is trying to become the first American to win the award since Beth Daniel in 1994. Park leads the money list with $2,393,513 in earnings. She leads Pettersen by $109,187.

World No. 5 Lydia Ko will make her professional debut this week. The 16-year- old is already a two-time winner on the LPGA Tour (2012 and 2013 CN Canadian Women's Open).

This year's tournament is being held at the Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Fla. The course was designed by Greg Norman and opened for play in 2001. The 2012 event was held at TwinEagles Golf Club.

Last year, Na Yeon Choi fired rounds of 67-68-69-70 to capture the season- ending title. Choi who won her first major championship at the U.S. Women's Open earlier in 2012.

In 2011, Hee Young Park collected her first LPGA Tour victory at the season-ending event. Park fired rounds of 71-69-69-70 to win by two strokes over Paula Creamer and Sandra Gal.
