NOTES:This week, the LPGA Tour travels to the Lone Star State for the
inaugural North Texas LPGA Shootout in Irving. The top nine players in the world are in the field, led by No. 1 Inbee Park.

Park and world No. 2 Stacy Lewis are the only two-time winners on tour this season. Park captured the first major championship of the year at the Kraft Nabisco Championship. She finished tied for fourth last week at the LPGA LOTTE Championship in her first event as the No. 1 player in the world. Park also leads Lewis at the top of the money list by more than $40,000.

The tournament is being held at Las Colinas Country Club. The course was designed by Joe Finger in 1963. This is the first time the LPGA Tour has played in the North Texas region in over 20 years. Players who were born or reside in Texas playing this week include Lewis, Angela Stanford and Gerina Piller.

The LPGA Tour heads to Virginia next week for the Kingsmill Championship in Williamsburg, where Jiyai Shin won the 2012 title.
