Niagara, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Maurice Barrow knocked down 5-of-6 shots behind the 3-point line as he finished with 19 points for a Fairfield squad that captured a 72-66 win over the Niagara Purple Eagles in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference action at the Gallagher Center.

Niagara had a hard time finding the basket from all over the floor, shooting only 9-of-30 from the field, including 2-of-7 beyond the arc, and 4-of-13 at the free-throw line in the first half, en route to a 34-24 deficit at the break.

Fairfield, which led by as many as 13 in the second half, finished the night shooting an impressive 11-of-19 behind the 3-point line.
