Raiders coach Dennis Allen said Thursday that "there's going to be consequences to his actions," according to the San Francisco Chronicle.||Insight: The MLB wrote on his Facebook page Wednesday that he was "no longer an Oakland Raider" but later removed the post. Allen has asked McClain not to come to practice while the team explores its options. According to Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle, NFL Films' Greg Cosell said McClain has been "awful, arguably the worst starting 4-3 middle linebacker in the NFL. He can't move. He doesn't play with any quick twitch at all. He's almost plodding in his movements." A player with those types of reviews can't afford to cause as many headaches as McClain does.|
