Description: ESPN Milwaukee.com reports said Clifton (knee) will start at left tackle as long as he is healthy enough to do so.
Insight: If Clifton can't go next Monday night against Chicago, rookie Bryan Buluga would step in at left tackle against Bears' DE Julius Peppers. (RapidDraft.com)

Description: Broncos LB Jarvis Moss is expected to miss some time after breaking a bone in his right hand during Friday morning's practice. SOURCE: TWITTER
Insight: The former first rounder continues to have the worst luck. Moss was expected to fill in at outside linebacker while Elvis Dumervil sat with a torn pectoral muscle, but it looks like the Broncos could be scurrying for help if Moss misses significant time.

Description: The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports Clifton said his goal is to play out all three years of the contract he signed in March.
Insight: Clifton will turn 34 soon, so it may be unlikely he plays that long. But he said the high ankle sprain that nagged him last season is healed, which is good news for Aaron Rodgers and the other Packers' skill players. (SportsBuff.com)

3/6/2010 2:00:00 AM
Description: Adam Schefter of ESPN reports, via Twitter, that the Packers have re-signed Clifton to a three-year, $20 million deal, which includes $7.5 million guaranteed.
Insight: Clifton is 34 years old, so the Packers are still likely to look to April's draft for a left tackle of the future. But he should be capable of filling the spot as long as he can stay healthy. (SportsBuff.com)

1/11/2010 8:14:00 PM
Description: According to the Green Bay Press Gazette, Clifton does not sound optimistic about the prospect he will be re-signed by the Packers this offseason.
Insight: Clifton is scheduled to be a free agent. He battled a high ankle sprain for much of this season and he will turn 34 before next season starts, so the Packers may choose to go younger at left tackle. (SportsBuff.com)

12/4/2009 11:51:00 AM
Description: According to the Green Bay Press Gazette, Clifton (hamstring) might not play on Monday night against Baltimore.
Insight: Clifton pulled a hamstring on Thanksgiving against Detroit, and his status is in doubt. Rookie T.J. Lang would make his third start of the season if Clifton can't go. (SportsBuff.com)

Probable11/5/2009 11:44:00 AM
Description: According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Clifton (right ankle) is expected to start on Sunday against Tampa Bay.
Insight: Mark Tauscher, who was recently signed, is also expected to start this week. With Clifton at LT and Tauscher at RT, Aaron Rodgers' pass protection should improve. (SportsBuff.com)

10/23/2009 3:19:00 PM
Description: According to Greg Bedard of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, via Twitter, Clifton (right ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against Cleveland.
Insight: Rookie T.J. Lang would start at LT if Clifton can't go. (SportsBuff.com)

Questionable10/19/2009 12:16:00 PM
Description: According to the Green Bay Press Gazette, Clifton (right ankle) aggravated his right ankle injury during the third quarter of Sunday's win over Detroit.
Insight: Rookie T.J. Lang would take Clifton's spot at LT if he is forced to miss more time with this injury. He missed two games earlier in the season with this issue, including a game against Minnesota when the Vikings had eight sacks. (SportsBuff.com)

Probable10/12/2009 3:51:00 PM
Description: According to Greg Bedard of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, via Twitter, Clifton (ankle) returned to practice on Monday.
Insight: This is a positive development for Clifton's return to action, and thus the improvement in the pass protection for Aaron Rodgers, who has been sacked 20 times in four games this season. (SportsBuff.com)

Doubtful10/2/2009 5:51:00 PM
Description: According to Sean Jensen of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, via Twitter, Clifton (ankle) did not practice on Friday and is not expected to play Monday night against Minnesota.
Insight: Packers' head coach Mike McCarthy said Clifton would have to practice on Friday to play. Daryn Colledge is in line to start at LT in his place and matchup against Vikings' DE Jared Allen. (SportsBuff.com)

Questionable9/29/2009 11:16:00 AM
Description: According to the Green Bay Press Gazette, Clifton (ankle) has not been ruled out of next Monday night's game against Minnesota.
Insight: The Packers could use Clfton back at his LT tackle spot, so he can matchup with Vikings' DE Jared Allen. Packers' head coach Mike McCarthy has said that he will have to practice in order to play, so stay tuned. The extra day may help him be ready to go. (SportsBuff.com)

Out9/23/2009 8:49:00 PM
Description: According to Jason La Canfora of NFL Network, Clifton (high ankle sprain) will miss Week 3's game against St. Louis.
Insight: Daryn Colledge will move to LT to take Clifton's spot, and the Packer's offensive line should be able to perform adequately against an underwhelming Rams' pass rush. Clifton may not return until after Green Bay's Week 5 bye, so they may be without him for Week 4's game against Minnesota. (SportsBuff.com)

Questionable9/21/2009 4:44:00 PM
Description: According to the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Packers' head coach Mike McCarthy said the team is preparing to be without Clifton (ankle) for Week 3's game against St. Louis.
Insight: The Rams' defense doesn't generate enough pass rush to take advantage of Clifton's absence, so this is not a major concern this week for those who own the Packers' skill position players. (SportsBuff.com)
