Description: Tight end Bo Scaife has signed with the Patriots
Insight: Scaife reeled in 36 catches for 318 yards and four scores but he's not likely to get many chances with New England already in possession of two of the league's top tight ends in Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez. His fantasy value is almost nonexistent.

Description: According to Titans HC Jeff Fisher, TE Bo Scaife's game-day status will be a "week-to-week" thing. SOURCE: NASHVILLE TENNESSEAN
Insight: Scaife was a healthy inactive last week and can't be trusted the last two weeks of the season. His days as a Titan could be over.

12/21/2010 10:03:00 AM
Description: Scaife was a healthy scratch for Sunday's win over Houston, with coach Jeff Fisher explaining that the move was made to give the team eight active defensive linemen.
Insight: The Titans had Jared Cook and Craig Stevens active, though, at tight end, which seems to suggest at least a slight rift between Scaife and his coach -- likely relating to Vince Young. Scaife has been an outspoken supporter, and Fisher's issues are well known. (RapidDraft.com)

12/10/2010 11:02:00 AM
Description: Scaife (inexplicably?) grabbed two touchdowns among his four catches in Thursday night's loss to the Colts. That doubled his TD total for the season.
Insight: It's mildly worth noting that Kerry Collins has thrown Scaife three of his four scores for the season, but Scaife has also had worthless games with Collins under center. Chalk this up to just one of them things. (RapidDraft.com)

10/19/2010 12:58:00 AM
Description: Titans TE Bo Scaife caught four passes (on five targets) for 53 yards and a touchdown in Monday Night's win over Jacksonville.
Insight: It was nice for Scaife owners to get a rare TD from this guy, but he simply won't get enough targets to warrant a fantasy start every week.

7/21/2010 9:08:00 PM
Description: Bo Scaife said he never quite felt like he was 100 percent last season because of a nagging knee injury.
Insight: That may have been a factor, but Scaife has been far from dynamic even when healthy. That?s not likely to change any time soon, so avoid him for fantasy purposes. (SportsBuff.com)

Description: Titans TE Bo Scaife revealed that he never felt 100 percent in 2009 because of a nagging knee injury. SOURCE: NASHVILLE TENNESSEAN
Insight: Scaife's knee caused him to miss Weeks 2-3 last year. But even when he was on the field, he didn't look like a player that deserved the franchise tag. We don't have much hope for his fantasy value bouncing back this year.

7/6/2010 9:21:00 PM
Description: Bo Scaife indicated that he is no longer dissatisfied with his contract situation after skipping numerous OTAs.
Insight: Guess he finally realized he is actually being overpaid considering what he has been bringing to the table. Expect another pedestrian year out of him. (sportsBuff.com)

5/15/2010 5:43:00 PM
Description: Titans coach Jeff Fisher expressed disappointment that Bo Scaife continues to stay away from offseason workouts.
Insight: The Titans don't seem too inclined to give Scaife a raise. His best bet would be to get back together with his teammates and show that he's worth the money. (Sportsbuff.com)

5/2/2010 6:22:00 PM
Description: Bo Scaife was absent from Titans OTAs again on Thursday.
Insight: It?s really not in Scaife?s best interests to be missing any camp time. Look for him to report soon. (SportsBuff.com)

4/27/2010 10:41:00 PM
Description: TE Bo Scaife was absent from Tuesday's practice.
Insight: Scaife is perhaps looking for a trade, but he probably won?t be getting one anytime soon. He is a lmiddling fantasy TE at best, anyway. (SportsBuff.com)

4/9/2010 9:25:00 PM
Description: Despite having signed his restricted free agent tender, Bo Scaife has been conspicuously absent from the Titans' offseason program
Insight: It's been talked about that Scaife isn't happy that the Titans didn't offer him a long term deal. If that's the case, he ought to concentrate on reforming the connection he had with Vince Young previously instead. (SportsBuff.com)

3/16/2010 7:57:00 PM
Description: The Titans have re-signed Scaife to a one year contract.
Insight: They may still be hoping that he can rekindle the magic he had with Vince Young when they both at the University of Texas. Scaife is a middle of the road fantasy TE and that probably won't change this year. (SportsBuff.com)

1/5/2010 12:23:00 AM
Description: Scaife had two catches for 14 yards on Sunday against Seattle.
Insight: Scaife had a decent year but he was up and down in producing fantasy numbers. He had only one touchdown this season. (SportsBuff.com)

12/26/2009 4:41:00 PM
Description: Scaife did not record a catch on Friday against the Chargers.
Insight: Scaife had been coming on strong lately but he was not even targeted in the loss to San Diego. (SportsBuff.com)

12/21/2009 8:03:00 AM
Description: Scaife caught five passes for 40 yards on Sunday against Miami.
Insight: Scaife has now caught at least four passes in five straight games. (SportsBuff.com)

12/15/2009 8:36:00 AM
Description: Scaife caught four passes for 43 yards on Sunday against the Rams.
Insight: Scaife has 18 receptions over his last four games for 205 yards. (SportsBuff.com)

12/7/2009 12:38:00 AM
Description: Scaife caught five passes for 56 yards and a touchdown against the Colts on Sunday.
Insight: Scaife scored his first touchdown of the season and continues to play well with back-to-back five catch games. (SportsBuff.com)

11/30/2009 10:24:00 PM
Description: Scaife caught five passes for a season-high 68 yards on Sunday against the Cardinals.
Insight: Scaife now has nine catches over his last two games and has seen a bump in fantasy value with Vince Young at quarterback. (SportsBuff.com)

11/9/2009 8:09:00 PM
Description: Scaife had two catches for 20 yards on Sunday against San Francisco.
Insight: Scaife has only 18 receptions so far this season and still has yet to score a touchdown. (SportsBuff.com)
