Final Score: Philadelphia 108, Toronto 101 (OT)

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Jrue Holiday tied the game with 1.1 seconds left in regulation and scored 12 points in overtime, lifting the Philadelphia 76ers over the Toronto Raptors, 108-101, on Friday.

Holiday ended with 33 points, 14 assists and three steals for the Sixers, who bounced back from a loss to the Hornets on Tuesday. Thaddeus Young added 27 points, 14 boards and three steals.

"Even though being an All-Star would be awesome, winning is more important than individual accolades," Holiday said.

Ed Davis had 18 points, 10 rebounds and six assists for the Raptors, who have lost four in a row. Terrence Ross and Alan Anderson each donated 18 points.

"We've just got to sustain from the first half to the second half. We've got to play a full game," Toronto guard DeMar DeRozan said.

Trailing by 10, 92-82, with 5:06 to play in regulation, Philadelphia went on an 8-0 run. Young tallied six points during the burst, including a steal and slam with 2:53 left to cut the gap to 92-90.

Davis stopped the flurry with a short jumper. Kyle Lowry had a chance to add to Toronto's four-point margin with 24.9 seconds to go, but missed a 3- pointer.

Young's slam at the other end cut the gap to two, 94-92. Spencer Hawes' tip-in following a pair of Anderson free throws made it 96-94 with 5.9 ticks remaining.

Philadelphia had a chance to tie the game or go in front after the Raptors turned the ball over. Jose Calderon was unable to throw the ball in along the sideline, with the Sixers playing great defense. Anderson failed to control Calderon's bad bass along the sideline.

Holiday's driving layup tied the game at 96. Lowry's 40-foot shot was off the mark as time expired.

Holiday stayed hot in overtime by scoring all 12 of Philadelphia's points in the extra session. Holiday's layup 33 seconds into overtime put the Sixers ahead for good.

After Philly missed four consecutive 3-pointers, Holiday made a jumper to make it 100-96 with 1:55 left.

Calderon responded with a 3-pointer to get Toronto on the board in the extra frame. Holiday, though, made a 3-pointer and layup to put Philadelphia ahead by six, 105-99, with 56.9 seconds to go.

Holiday went 3-of-4 from the foul line in the final 8.2 seconds to seal the victory.

"That was a gutsy second half and overtime by our guys," Sixers coach Doug Collins said. "It wasn't about X's and O's. It was about playing together."

Toronto started the game on an 8-0 run to set the tone early on. The Raptors held a 28-20 lead after 12 minutes of action.

The visitors scored the first six points of the second quarter to build a 34-20 margin. Toronto took a 60-43 lead into the locker room.

Calderon's 3-pointer early in the third frame made it a 64-45 contest.

From that point on, the Sixers slowly chipped away at their deficit. The home team scored the next 12 points to make it 64-57 with 6:13 left.

Philadelphia ended the third stanza on an 8-2 spurt to cut the gap to 73-72.
