Description: Cleveland outfielder Shelley Duncan will be on the sidelines for Sunday's game versus New York.
Insight: The slumping 32-year-old is playing his way right out of fantasy relevance. He's just 2-for-30 over his last nine games.

Description: Indians outfielder Shelley Duncan won't be in the lineup Wednesday against Los Angeles.
Insight: Duncan hasn't had a hit in his last 15 at bats and since the start of August, he's hitting just .107. None of that translates into somebody you would want on your fantasy team.

Description: Cleveland outfielder Shelley Duncan will not be in the Indians' starting lineup Sunday against the Blue Jays.
Insight: Duncan has emerged on to the fantasy scene thanks to a .500 average and four homers in the month of July. Remember though, Duncan hasn't been an everyday player this season and before this month he was hitting only .205 with five homers and 15 RBIs. Don't expect Duncan's recent success to last for much longer.

Description: Indians outfielder Shelley Duncan produced three hits Saturday in a loss to the Blue Jays. One of the hits was Duncan's ninth home run of the season.
Insight: Make that four hits in seven post All-Star break at bats for the 32-year-old. He's homered in five out of his last seven games after connecting on just four homers in the first 51 games of his 2012 campaign.

Description: Indians.com reports Duncan (elbow) has not played since March due to elbow issues.
Insight: Duncan will reportedly return to action in a couple of days. He is a long shot to make the Indians' roster, even if he had been healthy all spring. (SportsBuff.com)
