Insight: Technically, he's not scheduled to pitch again until Game 5 but if it's an elimination game the Cardinals would obviously rather use their best starter. Wainwright got rocked for five runs in his outing Wednesday in Game 1, though almost all of the damage came in the first two inings. His teammates didn't do him any favors in the field by committing three errors.
