Description: Washington has signed reliever J.C. Romero to a minor league contract.
Insight: Even if he makes it to the big club, Romero will have no fantasy value with the Nationals who already have Rafael Soriano, Drew Storen and Tyler Clippard with the ability to close out games. This just gives the Washington bullpen more depth.
