Description: Dontrelle Willis is on the move again. Less than a week after being cut by Philadelphia, Willis has signed a minor league deal with the Orioles.
Insight: Willis has a better chance to make the roster in Baltimore than he did in Philadelphia, but his chances still aren't great. Willis will only have value if he can somehow crack the Orioles' starting rotation, which again, is pretty unlikely.

Description: The Phillies released Dontrelle Willis Friday.
Insight: Willis was having a terrible spring for the Phillies, going 1-1 with a 16.87 ERA in three appearances. This could be the last we see from Willis for a while. He's no longer a real fantasy option and he really hasn't been for several years now.

Insight: He has struggled for most of this year and most of his career with the exception of a couple of years. The problem with him is control issues and as he is not even in the majors, he is not worth picking up.
