San Francisco, CA (Sports Network) - Isi Sofele rushed for 190 yards and a touchdown to lead the California Golden Bears to a 23-6 win over the Oregon State Beavers in a Pac-12 game at AT&T Park.

Zach Maynard was 13-of-19 through the air for California (6-4, 3-4 Pac-12) which became bowl eligible with the win. Kenan Allen caught three balls for 29 yards as his team won for the third time in its last four starts.

Sean Manion converted 25-of-39 passes for 247 yards for Oregon State (2-8, 2-5) which has lost four of its last five. James Rodgers caught six balls for 76 yards.

OSU took a 3-0 lead on Trevor Romaine's 32-yard field goal at the 10:45 mark of the opening quarter.

Zach Maynard hit Michael Calvin on a 19-yard scoring pass with 1:02 left in the period and ran five yards for another score to put California up 14-3 with 1:03 left in the first half.

Romaine's 46-yard field goal cut the Golden Bears' lead to 14-6 with two seconds left in the first half.

Sofele's 20-yard run extended the California lead to 20-6 with 10:01 left in the third quarter.

Giorgio Tavecchio, who failed on a PAT after Sofele's TD, added a 32-yard field goal with 2:23 remaining in the game.

Oregon State was limited to just 27 net rushing yards. California piled up 296 rushing yards and 424 yards in total offense. The Golden Bears averaged 6.5 yards per offensive snap.
