Blue Jackets' Anisimov leaves game on stretcher
Detroit, MI (Sports Network) - Columbus Blue Jackets center Artem Anisimov was taken out Thursday's game against the Detroit Red Wings on a stretcher.
Early in the second period, a collision with Detroit's Kyle Quincey saw Anisimov hit his head on the ice. After several minutes on the ground, he was taken into the locker room on a stretcher.
Anisimov has four goals and two assists in 15 games this season, his fifth in the NHL.
