Insight: In his last four starts, Quintana has alternated between poor outings and eight-inning gems. Though he had just two strikeouts Thursday, the rookie also didn't walk a batter while scattering five hits. With just 13 walks in 70 1/3 innings, you know the lefty isn't going to beat himself and he clearly has good enough stuff to shut down good offenses.

Insight: Quintana (2-1, 1.53) is coming off his best start of the season, an eight-inning shut out of the Dodgers. He should be added in most formats, as his 20/6 K/BB should keep his ERA and WHIP down.

Insight: Quintana (2-1, 1.53) had a 2.77 ERA in nine starts for Double-A Birmingham this season, and so far that's translated into big league success in five starts. The lefty doesn't walk many batters, which limits the damage when he allows 10 hits like he did in his last start. John Danks (shoulder) doesn't seem that close to returning, so give Quintana a try if he's out there.

Insight: Quintana had a 2.77 ERA in nine starts for Double-A Birmingham this season. He carried a 2.9 K/BB ratio over 48 2/3 innings, so we'll see if that translates into big league success.
