Princeton, NJ (SportsNetwork.com) - Spencer Weisz led all scorers with 18 points, as the Princeton Tigers made easy work of the Cornell Big Red, 69-48, in Ivy League action at Jadwin Gym.
T.J. Bray filled the stat sheet with 17 points, six assists, five rebounds, a block and a steal for Princeton (13-6, 1-4 Ivy), which snapped a three-game losing streak. Steven Cook added 13 points for the hosts.
Nolan Cressler put up 14 points as Cornell's (1-19, 0-6) dreadful season continued.
Princeton set the tone in the first half by shooting 54.5 percent from the field and led 37-21 at the break. Cornell, meanwhile, made good on only 36.4 percent of its field goal tries in the opening 20 minutes.
The Tigers' lead swelled to as many as 25 points in the second half, and the Big Red never got closer than 15 points of the lead.
Cornell, which has yet to defeat a Division I opponent this season, shot just 5-of-17 from 3-point range (.294) and committed a game-high 16 turnovers.
