Bogota, Colombia (SportsNetwork.com) - Jelena Jankovic will try for a second straight title at the Claro Open Colsanitas tennis event.
The top-seeded Serbian and France's Caroline Garcia were straight-set winners Saturday in the semifinals and will meet for the championship on Sunday.
Jankovic earned a 6-1, 7-5 victory over South Africa's Chanelle Scheepers after the fifth-seeded Garcia had posted a 6-2, 6-4 win over American Vania King in the opening semifinal.
Garcia will play in her first WTA final. Her best previous result was a semifinal appearance in Acapulco back in February.
Jankovic, meanwhile, is a seasoned veteran and will carry a 13-18 mark in WTA finals into Sunday's match. Her win in this event last year ended a three-year title drought.
The 2014 Bogota titlist will earn $43,000.
