Buffalo Sabres (29-14-3) at Calgary Flames (27-14-5), 9 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Calgary Flames seek their third consecutive win tonight
when they welcome the Buffalo Sabres to the Saddledome.
On Thursday, Jarome Iginla scored two goals to help the Flames edge Montreal,
3-2, in Calgary.
Daymond Langkow also lit the lamp while Miikka Kiprusoff made 16 saves for
Calgary, which has won two in a row since dropping three straight.
Overall, the Flames are 6-2-1 in their last nine games.
Calgary will begin a five-game road trip on Monday in Edmonton.
Buffalo, meanwhile, continued its current road trip with Thursday's 4-1 loss
in Vancouver. Nolan Baumgartner's goal early in the third period proved to be
the game-winner for the Canucks.
Jason Pominville scored the lone goal for the Sabres, who saw their brief two-
game winning streak halted and lost for the third time in their last five
Goaltender Ryan Miller allowed three goals on 26 shots in the loss.
The Sabres play the third portion of a six-game road trip tonight and will
visit the Rangers on Tuesday.
Buffalo is 8-2-2 (2 losses, 2 ties) in the last 12 meetings with Calgary.
