Phoenix Coyotes (29-31-4) at Mighty Ducks of Anaheim (30-20-12), 8 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim seek their third straight win tonight when they welcome the Phoenix Coyotes to the Pond for the back end of a home-and-home.

On Saturday, Rob Niedermayer had two goals as the Mighty Ducks defeated the Coyotes, 5-3, in the front end of this set at Glendale Arena.

Jonathan Hedstrom had a goal and two assists and Teemu Selanne and Francois Beauchemin added goals for the Mighty Ducks, who have won three of their last four games overall.

Jean-Sebastien Giguere made 14 saves for Anaheim, which has won three straight against Phoenix and is 5-1 against the Coyotes this season.

Anaheim enters Sunday's action ninth in the Western Conference with 72 points -- two behind eighth-place Edmonton for the final playoff spot.

The Ducks will begin a four-game road trip on Wednesday in Detroit.

In Saturday's game, Geoff Sanderson, Steven Reinprecht and Shane Doan scored for the Coyotes, who have lost two straight and three of their last four games. Curtis Joseph stopped 31 of 35 shots in the loss.

Phoenix has lost seven of its last nine games overall.

The Coyotes begin a five-game road trip tonight and will visit Los Angeles on Tuesday.
