(Sports Network) - The Colorado Avalanche try to keep their momentum moving
forward tonight when they welcome the Columbus Blue Jackets to the Pepsi
On Tuesday, Milan Hejduk had a goal and an assist to lead the Avalanche to a
4-2 victory over the Minnesota Wild in the first game back from the Olympic
break. Rob Blake, Brad May and Andrew Brunette all scored for the Avalanche,
who have won four of their last five games. Joe Sakic added three assists in
David Aebischer stopped 33 shots for Colorado, which has won four straight
against Minnesota and with 72 points, trails Vancouver and Calgary by one
point for first place in the Northwest Division.
The Avs will visit Dallas on Saturday to begin a four-game road trip.
Columbus, meanwhile, plays its first game back from the break this evening.
