Anaheim Ducks (8-0-3) at St. Louis Blues (3-4-2), 8 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Anaheim Ducks try to keep rolling without a regulation loss tonight when they visit the St. Louis Blues at the Scottrade Center.
Anaheim checks in with an 8-0-3 mark and has suffered all three of its defeats via shootout.
On Saturday, Ilya Bryzgalov blocked all 14 shots faced for his second career regular-season shutout as the Ducks managed a 3-0 victory over Chicago at the United Center.
Dustin Penner, Andy McDonald and Rob Niedermayer scored for the Ducks, who have won five of their last six games overall.
Bryzgalov, who notched three shutouts last postseason, has been yielding crease time to Jean-Sebastien Giguere so far this season. Giguere has started eight games, while Bryzgalov has been in for three. Both netminders have goals-against averages below 2.00, including Bryzgalov's mark of 1.22.
Only Anaheim and Buffalo haven't lost in regulation yet this NHL season.
The Ducks will host the NY Rangers on Wednesday.
St. Louis, meanwhile, has lost three of its last four games. On Saturday the Blues dropped a 3-2 tilt to visiting Detroit, as Tomas Holmstrom scored two goals to lift the Red Wings.
Bill Guerin and Radek Dvorak each had a goal and Manny Legace, facing his former team for the first time, stopped 22 shots for the Blues.
St. Louis will visit Dallas on Wednesday.
Anaheim defeated St. Louis, 2-0, on October 9 at the Honda Center and has won four straight meetings. Giguere made 34 saves for the shutout in that match.
