(Sports Network) - The Dallas Stars will try to win for the seventh time in eight games this evening, as they visit the Chicago Blackhawks at the United Center.
The Stars play the fourth test of a six-game road trip tonight after winning in Ottawa on Thursday. Marty Turco made 24 saves for his 23rd career shutout to lead Dallas to a 2-0 victory over the Senators at the Corel Centre.
Brenden Morrow recorded a goal and an assist for Dallas, while Jere Lehtinen also scored in the victory.
The Stars are an impressive 10-3 as the visiting team this season.
Meanwhile, the Blackhawks are coming off Friday's win over St. Louis. Martin Lapointe scored the eventual game-winning goal and added an assist, as Chicago defeated the Blues, 5-1, at the United Center.
Andy Hilbert and Mark Bell also had a goal and an assist apiece for Chicago, which snapped a two-game skid. Nikolai Khabibulin stopped 32 shots in the win.
Tonight marks the second test of a four-game homestand for the Blackhawks, who are 7-4 at the United Center this season.
This is the second meeting of the season between the Stars and Blackhawks. The Stars picked up a 9-1 victory over Chicago last month in Dallas. Dallas is unbeaten in the last 11 meetings between the teams (9-0-2).
Dallas is also 3-0-2 (2 ties) in its last five trips to Chicago.
