Columbus Blue Jackets (5-15-0) at Phoenix Coyotes (10-10-2), 8 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Columbus Blue Jackets try to end a four-game losing streak tonight when they visit the Phoenix Coyotes at Glendale Arena.
Doing so may be a tough task, though, as the Jackets are 0-5-3 all-time when visiting the Coyotes in Arizona.
On Thursday, Columbus dropped a 6-3 tilt in Dallas. Jere Lehtinen, Stephane Robidas, and Stu Barnes scored within a 6:04 span of the third period to lift the Stars.
Bryan Berard scored twice and Sergei Fedorov picked up an assist, as the Blue Jackets fell to 1-9-0 on the road.
Goaltender Martin Prusek struggled in net, allowing six goals on 29 shots.
Fedorov notched his first point with the Blue Jackets, as he played his second game after being acquired from Anaheim earlier in the week.
Overall, Columbus has lost eight of its last nine games overall.
The Jackets will host Nashville on Wednesday.
Phoenix, meanwhile, has won two if its last three games. On Saturday, Mike Comrie and Geoff Sanderson both scored in the shootout as the Coyotes defeated the San Jose Sharks, 4-3, at HP Pavilion.
Comrie also scored in regulation and both Landislav Nagy and newly acquired Dave Scatchard scored for the Coyotes. Scatchard was obtained from the Boston Bruins on Friday in exchange for defenseman David Tanabe.
Goaltender Curtis Joseph made 40 saves in the win.
Phoenix, which is 5-4-1 on home ice, will host Anaheim on Tuesday.
The Coyotes went 2-0-2 against the Blue Jackets in 2003-04.
