Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - Teemu Selanne scored a pair of goals to lead the Anaheim Ducks over the Calgary Flames, 5-3, at the Honda Center.
Chris Pronger added a pair of assists for the Ducks, who have won two straight and have recorded at least one point in six straight games. Samuel Pahlsson had a goal and an assist as the Ducks scored three third-period goals on their way to victory.
Michael Wall made 19 saves for Anaheim, which has split a pair of games against the Flames this season.
Kristian Huselius had two goals for the Flames, who have lost two straight and three of four.
Jamie McLennan made 34 saves for Calgary, which has dropped three straight on the road.
The Ducks jumped out to a 1-0 lead just 8:39 into the contest when Pahlsson's wrister from between the circles went through McLennan.
Huselius tied the game under two minutes later when he skated through the crease and beat Wall with a backhander.
Selanne put the Duck into the lead in the second period with his ninth goal of the season off an assist from Chris Pronger.
Huselius, though, tied the game for the Flames early in the third period when he put home a rebound of a Byron Ritchie shot just 4:23 into the stanza.
Ryan Getzlaf answered by putting the Ducks ahead for good just under five minutes later when he converted on assists from Corey Perry and Francois Beauchemin.
Selanne then recorded the goal that turned out to be the difference with just under four minutes left when he skated in on goal with a defender on his hip and beat McLennan with a backhander.
Daymond Langkow was credited with a goal for the Flames with 41 seconds left as the puck redirected off him and into the net during a melee in the crease.
However, Todd Marchant scored on the empty net four seconds later to provide the icing on the cake.
The Ducks beat the Flames for just the fourth time in 10 contests...Anaheim visits Edmonton on Tuesday...Calgary has lost four straight in Anaheim...The Flames will host Colorado on Tuesday...Anaheim goaltender Jean-Sebastien Giguere sat out the game with an undisclosed injury.
