NHL Game Summary - Nashville at Calgary

Calgary, AB (Sports Network) - Patric Hornqvist scored the game's lone goal late in the third period, as the Nashville Predators took a 1-0 win over the Calgary Flames at Pengrowth Saddledome.
Dan Ellis stopped 22 shots for his first shutout of the season for the Predators, who went 3-0 in their three-game road trip. Steve Sullivan had the lone assist on the goal.
"We played a real solid road game tonight," said Nashville coach Barry Trotz. "We didn't give them a lot to get excited about and kept them in check."
Miikka Kiprusoff made 20 saves in the loss for the Flames, who have dropped three straight and five of six.
"We've haven't been able to score a lot of goals lately," said Calgary center Criag Conroy. "We're just going to have to work our way through and bust out, the goals will come at some point."
With the scoreboard untouched inside of seven minutes to play, Nashville took the lead.
Hornqvist had the puck at the right boards and worked it behind the net for Sullivan. Hornqvist then charged the net and Sullivan sent it out front where Hornqvist shoved it home with 6:22 to play.
Calgary pulled Kiprusoff from the net, but was unable to get a shot past Ellis.
The first 20 minutes went scoreless as Kiprusoff stopped 10 shots, while Ellis turned aside six.
Both goaltenders continued to pitch shutouts through two periods as Ellis made eight saves in the frame and Kiprusoff stopped seven shots.
Ellis has 10 career shutouts...Nashville hosts Toronto on Monday...Calgary plays in Anaheim on Sunday...Each team won twice in the season series, with the road team winning all four games.
