We are extremely frustrated and disappointed right now."
Trailing 2-1 in the third period, Colorado netted the next four goals to lead
the team to victory.
Brunette tied the game when he accepted a feed from Wojtek Wolski on a 2-on-1
rush, flicked a shot on net that Grahame saved, but followed it up by stuffing
in the rebound at the 8:46 mark.
The Avs regained the lead on the power play when Liles sent a pass from the
high slot to Brunette at the low right side and Brunette immediately sent it
back to Liles, who one-timed it under the right pad of Budaj for a 3-2 lead
with 9:57 to play.
Again on the power play, Brunette had the puck behind the net and spotted
Sakic cutting in from the right point and got the disc to Sakic, who one-timed
it from the inside right circle to make it a 4-2 game with 7:16 to play.
"Tonight was great," said Sakic. "We have some home games to pump up for.
Peter made some huge saves and allowed us to come back."
Turgeon's goal that he redirected into the net from the right side on the
power play accounted for the final score.

flicked a strong backhander on net and followed up the rebound by snapping a
wrister over a sprawled-out Grahame for a 1-0 lead.

post 11 saves in the first period.
The Hurricanes tied the game 1:44 into the second on a 5-on-3 goal. Eric Staal

and into the net.

including a point-blank shot by Sakic about halfway through the second period.
