Averaged 16.9 ppg and 11.8 rpg as the focal point of the Maryland offense his sophomore season...Has lost noticeably weight since end of NCAA campaign and has added an adequate mid-range jumper to his arsenal...A below average athlete who may struggle against upper-level competition...Operates mainly around the basket, finding scoring opportunities in put-backs, cuts and post ups...Very active...Ample, wide frame and broad shoulders...Good hands and soft touch around the rim...Establishes good position down low, but post moves prove slow and predictable at times...Must improve passing out of post...Solid on ball defender and uses strong lower body to push opponents off block...Shows well on the pick and roll, but lacks the foot speed to recover to his man, which may prove problematic in the pick and roll-happy NBA.
