Named the Defensive Player of the Year in the Mountain West Conference for the second straight season with the Wyoming Cowboys...Williams was also named to the All-MWC Third Team for the second time in as many seasons as well...Holds the MWC records for career blocked shots, single-season blocked shots and blocked shots in a single game...Williams finished his senior campaign for the Pokes as the second-leading shot-blocker in the nation with an average of 5.4 rejections per outing...Averaged a double-double consisting of 11.1 points and 11.0 rebounds per game as well...Attended Colby Community College before landing in Laramie and was an all-conference player who was rated as one of the top centers in the nation at the NJCAA level...Few players have the defensive presence that Williams poses, but his offense is sorely lacking for someone his size...Must prove he is more than a one-dimensional player to catch on at the next level.
