(Sports Network) - The Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle SuperSonics wrap up a home-and-home set tonight, as the teams battle at KeyArena.

LaMarcus Aldridge scored 18 points, pulled down 12 boards and blocked five shots for the Blazers, while Travis Outlaw added 19 points off the bench. Portland shot just 38.2 percent from the floor and only 69 percent from the line, but hit its free throws down the stretch to pick up just its second win in its last eight games.

Rookie phenom Kevin Durant led Seattle with 20 points and six rebounds, while Earl Watson ended with 15 and nine assists. The SuperSonics have dropped three of their last four games.

Portland is 8-18 on the road this season. The Trail Blazers return home to host Paul Pierce and the Boston Celtics Sunday at the Rose Garden.

The SuperSonics are 9-18 at home this season. They will host superstar Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers Sunday at KeyArena.

This is the third meeting of the campaign between the clubs, with the Trail Blazers having won the first two encounters. Portland has lost two of three and six of its last eight at Seattle.

Seattle will host the Trail Blazers on March 24 at KeyArena in the fourth and final contest of the season between the squads.
