Philadelphia 76ers (10-16) at Memphis Grizzlies (8-18), 8 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Memphis Grizzlies open a three-game homestand when they welcome the Philadelphia 76ers tonight to the FedExForum.
This is the first of two meetings between the clubs this season. Philadelphia is scheduled to host the Grizzlies on February 13, 2008 at the Wachovia Center.
Philadelphia has won three of the last four contests in the series. The Sixers have dropped three of their last four at Memphis.
Memphis attempts to bounce back from a bad loss. Tayshaun Prince led a well- balanced Detroit attack with 16 points, and the Pistons cruised to a 94-67 stomping of the Grizzlies on Friday at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
Rudy Gay scored 18 points for the Grizzlies, who have lost two of three and eight of their last 10 games overall. Pau Gasol had 10 points and 10 rebounds for Memphis, which shot just 33.8 percent from the field.
The Grizzlies are 5-8 at home this season. They will also host the New Orleans Hornets and Houston Rockets on the current homestand.
Philadelphia tries to halt a two-game losing streak. On Friday, Andrew Bynum scored a career-high 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Los Angeles Lakers downed the Sixers, 106-101, at the Wachovia Center.
Andre Miller finished with 21 points and eight assists in the loss to the Lakers for the Sixers, who have lost three of their last four games overall. Andre Iguodala scored 20 points and handed out nine assists, while Willie Green had 16 points in defeat.
The Sixers are 4-7 as the visitor this season. They return home to host the Miami Heat on Wednesday at the Wachovia Center.
